To optimize delivery speed, your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to you:

US Local Warehouse: Most orders shipped within the United States will be dispatched directly from our US local warehouse for faster delivery.
China Main Warehouse: Some specific items or when local stock is low, orders will be shipped directly from our main warehouse in China.

The system will automatically select the best shipping route for you; no manual selection is needed.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).

US Local Delivery applies to items marked with "US Stock" for the fastest shipping.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on product weight, dimensions, and destination. You can see the final cost during checkout.

US/Europe: We offer various shipping options to meet different needs. Free shipping may be available for select orders or promotions.

4. Duties & Taxes

United States: Under current de minimis value regulations, most packages valued under $800 may enter the US duty-free. Final assessment is determined by US Customs.
Europe: For EU customers, Value-Added Tax (VAT) is included in the item price. This typically ensures no additional fees upon arrival for a smooth delivery experience.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's status in the "My Orders" section or on the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL).

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customs issues, we will contact you upon its return to arrange reshipment (new shipping fees apply) or a refund (minus the original shipping cost).
